Bolton struggle to find a manager
As a Blackburn fan I’m quite content seeing Bolton Wanderers struggling at the foot of the Premiership.
The last couple of years, under Sam Allardyce, saw a rise in the Trotters’ fortunes and saw them finally surpass Rovers in terms of league placings. No longer were we thrashing them at every opportunity but struggling against a team who, on paper, were no better than our own!
But now they have lost ‘Mr Motivator’ as Big Sam went to Newcastle and Little Sam - Sammy Lee - stepped up to take the managers job. It didn’t work. Much like the Brian Kidd era at Ewood it was a disaster! And now Lee has gone, Bolton are managerless.
So who’s going to come in and take Bolton to Premiership survival? Well, nobody!
Chris Coleman? Nope. He’s enjoying his time in the Sun. No chance of swapping sunny Spain for grim Bolton!
Graeme Souness? My personal favourite. Took us up, won us a cup. Then knackered Newcastle. Next stop, take Bolton down. Unfortunately not as the man without a job pulls out of the race.
Gary Megson? Leicester don’t want to see a second manager leave the club this season! Martin Allen has already been sacked by The Foxes and now Megson is a man they want to hold on to. I don’t rate Megson as a Premiership manager anyway.
Other possible candidates:
Paul Jewell - Not keen
Peter Reid - Enjoying life out of football
Ady Boothroyd - Another manager lacking Premiership calibre
Gary Speed - Current player, no managerial experience
John Collins - Unproven
Jose Mourinho - Ha! Only joking!

Anything that ruins Leicester City will make me a happy chappy!
